Welcome to Texas Star Med Clinic. Since launching our telemedicine clinic in 2020, we have been healing from a distance with on-demand tele-health clinical visits for wide variety of conditions including specializing in COVID-19. Telemedicine uses telecommunication and information technology to provide clinical care from a distance.

Request a telehealth appointment online by providing an email address to receive your appointment confirmation. To attend your appointment, you will need a computer, iPad or iPhone with a camera and microphone to follow your appointment link. Audio only visits are also available.

Can I get a same-day telehealth appointment?
If the Schedule page of the Texas Star Med Clinic website has an open virtual health visit open today, your virtual visit may be scheduled as soon as possible.
What is your new patient procedure?
Complete the appointment form on teleheath appointment Schedule page. Once you make your appointment, you will be sent a link to your cell phone number provided to sign in to the HIPPA compliant software.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
Private health insurance, medicare and medicaid each have their own telemedicine reimbursement rules. Currently, all telemedicine visits related to COVID are FREE with no out of pocket cost.
Where do health care providers conduct HIPPAA compliant telehealth appointments?
All appointments are conducted in a private setting, such as the doctor in a clinic or office connecting to a patient in their home or office. Providers and patients should use private locations, avoid public or semi-public settings.
